As a professional artist, I am always interested in meeting other creative artists and models who can network together to offer each other ways to advance in our goals and careers. And if nothing else, at least have some fun getting to know one another.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, I learned at an early age that drawing was a great way to ‘escape’ the world around you. Later in my late teens I discovered there was an interest by others in what I can do with a few pencils and a blank piece of paper. However, it wasn’t until after I ‘gave up drawing’ for over six years that I realized I needed to draw for me, more than just to draw so others could see what I can do. Therefore, I started up again in 2000.

With time passing came change.

My style in drawing has changed through the years, as a result of always trying to improve from the last attempt. Much like life in general, if you don’t learn from your mistakes you can’t move on and do better.

Most recently, the first in a series of new pencil drawings books titled “Pencil drawings – a look into drawing portraits” has been released and two more in the series will follow. Drawing men, and the final will be on drawing women.

My drawings have sold through the last several decades and can be found throughout much of The United States, England, The Netherlands, Australia, Russia, and others. Much as a result of my website but more so through word-of-mouth.

SIDE NOTE: I draw with all lines. I never smear the graphite or use a traditional blending tool.
